Just got back from a few day trek up the Bhote valley, over the Renjo pass (5417m) to Gokyo, and back down the Gokyo valley to Namche. It was a great trip. The trails were practically deserted and the scenery was phenomenal. Highlights included: The Thame monastary, Renjo pass, and my second ascent of Gokyo-Ri (5340m.) This time the views were clear!
